Credit is the trust that allows one party to provide money or resources to another party where the second party does not reimburse the first party immediately, but promises to either repay or return those resources at a later date often with interest charged. Financial institutions can report your activity to some or all three of the major credit bureaus; Equifax, TransUnion and Experian.
