In 2019, 600Breezy had a relationship with fellow Chicago rapper, Queen Key. Later that year, she posted to Instagram that she was pregnant and that 600Breezy was the father. He since denied the claims, despite the evidence of him being the father of her triplets.

In 2015, 600Breezy released his first mixtape, Six0 Breez0 (2015). It featured songs like 24 Bars, 600 On Top, and Lotts Gang Sh*t.

However, this rapid rise to fame as an upcoming Chicago rapper was met with a screeching halt. 600Breezy violated his parole, spending 16 months in prison.

In 2018, he released his fourth project, First Forty-8 (2018). The project consisted of 7 tracks, and the single ”Dope” amassed more than 400K views on YouTube.
